Our Role

What We Handle in the MiHER Process.

The HOMES rebate track requires a pre-installation home energy audit from an approved auditor before work begins, and a post-installation audit after the work is complete to verify the energy savings. We handle both sides.

We're a MiHER-approved auditor. Our pre-audit documentation meets program requirements, and our post-audit reports are formatted for program submission. We work with your contractor directly if needed.

We don't do the upgrades — that keeps our audit independent. But we know what programs need and deliver it correctly.
