Energy Bill Upload Tool
When you upload your utility bills through our Energy Bill Upload tool:

- Files are stored in encrypted cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) with encryption at rest
- Only authorized Precision Energy Insights staff can access your uploaded files
- Uploaded files are automatically deleted after 90 days unless required for ongoing service
- Your personal information (name, address) is used only to organize your files and communicate your results
Data Security
We take the security of your information seriously. We use:
- HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted to and from our website
- Encrypted storage for all uploaded files
- Access controls to limit who can view your files
- Automatic deletion of files after the retention period
Data Retention
We retain your personal information and uploaded energy bills for up to 90 days after your analysis is complete, unless you request earlier deletion or we are required by law to retain it longer.
